Marketing Team.

Location: UCFB Wembley

As part of our continued success and expansion and following internal promotion we seek to appoint a Market Research and Data Analysis Coordinator to support our Global Student Recruitment & Marketing team with the following responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Data Analysis (85%)
  • Market research on a variety of topics, spanning across both the Sport and Higher Education industries, from a variety of angles;
  • Internal and external data analysis;
  • Data and research analysis support for high level executive reports and external marketing materials.
  1. Executive Assistant Duties to the Head of Global Marketing and Student Recruitment (15%)
  • Expenses management;
  • Diary and meeting management;
  • Marketing Management Team (MMT) meeting preparation and minute taking;
  • Formation of high level team reports on a weekly basis.

Person specification

  • Two years report writing experience in a commercial setting;
  • A good degree in business, management, sport or a relevant discipline (2:1 minimum);
  • A can do attitude;
  • A solid team ethic;
  • The ability to handle confidential data;
  • A high attention to detail;
  • The ability to multi-task and work to multiple tight deadlines;
  • The ability to build sound relationships with people of all levels of seniority.
