Halls of Residence
We provide accommodation for full-time registered students at each of our campus locations. Each of our Halls of Residence are located within walking distance of our campuses.
We have a strong commitment to the pastoral support of our residents. At all our Halls of Residence a pastoral team encourage safe, secure and happy residential living environment and provide discreet support for students when they need help, whether practical or emotional.
UCFB Wembley
Victoria Hall
Situated 5 minutes’ walk from UCFB Wembley, and just minutes from Wembley Park underground station, Victoria Hall offers modern student accommodation in the vibrant Capital City. Furnished to a high standard the halls have contemporary fully-equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi and broadband internet. Comfy communal areas with flat screen TV’s provide a relaxing environment to socialise.
Victoria Hall has 24hr security presence, CCTV and secure access entry systems, onsite management & maintenance team, ensuring our student’s safety and security.
Cost:
- 42 weeks Standard Studio = £215.00 per week;
- 42 weeks Penthouse Studio = £240.00 per week.
Raffles House
Opened in the summer of 2012, Raffles House Wembley is one of London’s newest purpose-built student accommodation schemes. Situated next door to the London Designer Outlet, Raffles House is just 2 minutes’ walk from Wembley Stadium, home of UCFB Wembley, and just 20 minutes from central London.
Raffles House has been built with students in mind. Nothing has been forgotten, from a great common room, courtyard to 4ft beds and even a 24/7 management team.
Cost:
- 43 weeks Bronze Studio = £235.00 per week – SOLD OUT;
- 51 weeks Bronze Studio = £215.00 per week;
- 43 weeks Silver Studio = £245.00 per week;
- 51 weeks Silver Studio = £225.00 per week.

UCFB Burnley
All our rooms at UCFB Burnley are en-suite, furnished and have a flat screen television. A coin operated laundry, situated in the Crown Halls of Residence, is available for all students. WiFi is available in a number of communal areas to encourage social collaboration.
Breakfast and evening meals are provided Monday to Friday during term time at the dining hall situated at the Sparrow Hawk Halls of Residence. The menu makes provisions for vegetarian and Halal diets, and most dietary requirements can be catered for when notified in advance.
The Crown
Adjacent to the Town Centre, the Crown contains 47 en-suite rooms with bath/shower facilities, laundry and Student Union Bar with Sky Sports, X Box, Plasma TV wall, dance floor and DJ box.
Cost:
- Standard room = £125 per week;
- Premium room = £137 per week.
The Sparrow Hawk
Just 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre and with parking facilities available, the Sparrow Hawk caters for all students’ evening meals and has 51 en-suite rooms in small, medium and large sizes.

Disabled students
We have a number of wheelchair accessible rooms, which can be made available on application, and we can allocate ground floor rooms to students with limited mobility.
A pager system is available for deaf and hard of hearing students to alert them in the event of an emergency in our halls of residence.
Please ensure that you mention within your application any medical or other condition which needs to be taken into account in the allocation of your accommodation. Such requirements should be indicated on your application form, accompanied by written confirmation from a medical practitioner or other professional body, so that we can allocate rooms accordingly. All information provided will be treated confidentially.
If we are not provided with all relevant information at the time of application, we may not be able to change your allocation at a later date. There is no guarantee that suitable facilities will be available.
