At Manchester Sports Village, Belle Vue, students can live, learn and work across a network of sports venues which include the National Speedway Stadium, Belle Vue Leisure Centre and the National Basketball Performance Centre.
Facilities include sports pitches and halls, classrooms overlooking the track, 3G pitches, quiet study areas and a new cafeteria. This is the primary teaching location for some of UCFB's degree programmes.

The Belle Vue Sports Village includes the following facilities:
- The National Speedway Stadium – Home to Belle Vue Aces, this contemporary stadium houses a number of state-of-the-art teaching spaces and a sports pitch for coaching classes;
- Belle Vue Leisure Centre – Offering access to an indoor multi-use sports hall, two new all-weather 3G pitches, a dance studio and a community gym;
- National Basketball Performance Centre – Created in 2016, this modern facility is the home of Basketball England.

Through an extensive network of trade partnerships, UCFB are able to provide access to industry leaders and state-of-the-art venues across a range of sports. Students at Manchester Sports Village, Belle Vue, are surrounded by these wider facilities and organisations to aid their student experience:
- The National League – The agreement provides students the opportunity to gain valuable work experience across the league’s 68 clubs and its three divisions;
- The Rugby Football League – This trade partnership allows UCFB students to gain invaluable work experience opportunities at one of the country’s leading sporting bodies;
- FC United of Manchester – The National League North club at Broadhurst Park is located in East Manchester, close to Manchester Sports Village students’ primary learning venue in Belle Vue;
- Salford Red Devils – Manchester’s only Super League club is another key industry partner in the city.
