This page contains UCFB Scholarship & Bursary Programme information for 2015.

Means Tested Bursary – Wembley and Burnley

Students classified as Home status with a residual household income of up to £50,000 may apply for a UCFB Wembley means tested bursary.  Each bursary will be valued up to £3000 and a limited number will be available.

The Bursaries can be taken in one of the following formats:

  1. Tuition fee reduction by up to £3,000;
  2. Accommodation contribution up to £3,000;
  3. Travel card from home address to campus for 1 year, contribution up to £3,000.

There may be an opportunity to extend your support package into years two and three of a student’s study, subject to meeting the declared criteria.

EU and International Student Scholarships

The International Scholarship scheme will have the following categories:

EU High Achievers Scholarships

We are offering a scholarships for the two best students who are currently living in the EU. You will have an exemplary academic record and able to demonstrate extracurricular activities in order to be considered for this package. In return we will offer you a£3000 reduction on your tuition fee for the 2015/16 academic year.

International High Achiever Scholarships

We are excited to announce that for 2015 we offering a scholarships for the two best international students from anywhere in the world. You will have an exemplary academic record and able to demonstrate extracurricular activities in order to be considered for this package. In return we will offer you a £6000 reduction on your tuition fee for the 2015/16 academic year.

Special Awards

An additional five scholarships will be available to both international & EU students for students who demonstrate special talents. These may be either academic or extracurricular. You may apply to be considered for these scholarships alongside their application for either the International or EU High Achiever Scholarships. These scholarships offer you a £2000 reduction on your tuition fee for the 2015/16 academic year.

Application Process

In order to be eligible a student must:

  1. Have already applied to UCFB and received an offer from UCFB
  2. Confirm UCFB as their first choice.
  3. Completed a UCFB Scholarship application form and submit by the end of May. Contact scholarships@ucfb.com to obtain an application form.
  4. Applications are reviewed and a decision is made.
  5. If successful, students must confirm their chosen package of support before the start of term.

Please note that no payments will be made prior to the student enrolling on their course.
