Complementary Curriculum

At UCFB we bridge the gap between education and business. Our students are given significantly more contact time than those at traditional Higher Education institutions, allowing a unique approach to education.

We provide two curricula; the traditional academic curriculum which encompasses exams and coursework and a Complementary Curriculum – a three year journey of professional and personal development. This provides access to best-in-class industry guest speakers, additional qualifications and extensive work experience opportunities to ensure our students graduate as well-rounded, empowered professionals.

Networking opportunities accompany learning and knowledge enhancement activities, which in turn are put into a real-life context through our programme of organised excursions.

The Complementary Curriculum significantly increases the contact time and commitment our students have which exceeds the norm of those students in conventional Higher Education institutions.
